We spent a lovely long weekend in Brussels, so what did we get up to and what did we see.
We didn’t arrive in Brussels till late afternoon so we relaxed once we got into the apartment. After a quick snack and rest we explored what was nearby starting with the Grand Place. This is one of the most beautiful and elegant squares I have visited, the buildings were spectacular.
We also managed to see some famous monuments where chocolate was mould into it
The following day we went to Mini Europe and saw the atomium. My daughter loved mini Europe, really kept her busy running around
As we were wondering around we stumbled upon the Museums of the Far East, at first we thought it looked rather abandoned but after looking at the website we understand The Museums of the Far East are closed for renovation
Highlight of the trip is all the chocolate.
