Spring with the Moonins at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew

Spring is here which is great for us to take B out again and our first stop was Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.  We decided to go really early and I guess everyone had the same thought, there were a lot of parents with their little ones.  We were not sure if it was the holidays, moonins or simply because it was a great day but we never seen it this busy before so early in the morning.

As usual we were greet with lovely pots of flowers at the main entrance and they were stunning with a variety of colours.  We went at a good time where the flowers were blooming, the key features in Kew were decorated with these amazing colours, making our walks very scenic and mesmerising.

I was so glad that we came earlier this year because the cherry blossoms were blooming and they were true amazing. There were so many different types and different shade it was great taking the time to look at each type.  However the Japanese Garden did not have much cherry blossoms as the last time we went.

To celebrate spring Kew Gardens brought the moonmins to give a little helping hand. There is a news letter at the entrance with the details, a trail and various work shops. We even had the pleasure of bumping into a moonmin.
