My colleague recommended this restaurant, saying it was one of the best Italian. We decided to share some starters and have a main each. We started with Bianchetti Fritti the Golden fried whitebait and Gamberoni Piccante the Butterfly pacific prawns cooked in white wine & spicy tomato sauce. The whitebait was lovely and crisp not greasy, the prawns was delicious, full of flavour with pieces of vegetables.
For my main I had the Agnello Alla Rosmarino the Rack of lamb cooked in wine, garlic & rosemary sauce, served with seasonal vegetables. The serving was large, we asked for medium but it was a little too rare for our liking but we loved how tender the meat , the roasted potatoes were crisp on the outside and soft in the inside.
We decided to share a plate of profiteroles. The serving was massive, it was served warm with a hazelnut filling.
