What did we have…
Crispy Squid with Chilli & Salt Coated in Crispy Batter with Chilli Salt, Served with Chipotle Mayo: This is lovely and crisp bursting with flavour in bite size pieces. With such flavour in your mouth there is no real need for the mayo. However I did use it with the fries, I loved the smokiness of the paprika.
King Crab Legs & Claws baked over charcoal: This was served with butter sauce, this was lovely; tender and juicy even though it was baked in it’s shell.
Nicoise Salad made with Ripe Tomatoes, French Beans, Baby Potatoes, Olives, Boiled Eggs and Seared Tuna Steak: I love the dressing and the sear tuna steak which was cooked to medium, tasted fantastic.
King Crab Leg Gratin, a leg of Red Crab covered with Bechamel Sauce and Cheese Crust: the crab leg was served in its shell with a layer of sauce and cheese crumbs, it went well with the thick, chunky crabmeat
Skinny Fries and Sweet Potato Fries: crispy and the sweet potato fries came with bacon mayo. Fries came on the skin and the sweet potato fries came with sauce.
